Cool Things I Got Over Summer

This summer, me and my family went to a lot of places. For example: The Columbia Icefield, Lake Louise, Upper Lake, Lower Lake, the World Waterpark in Edmonton, and… a lot of other places. And like most people, we like to buy some (by some I mean one or two) mementos or in other words, souvenirs from the places we’ve gone. One really cool thing we got from the Columbia Icefield is this 3D picture carved… or more properly, scorched into an organic glass block. (At least that’s what my mom thinks) But while we were taking the photo, my dad decided to bring my dog and put him into the picture. But he kept moving every time the picture was taken. So it took about 15 minutes to take one single picture.

Another really cool thing we got over the summer is a projector (no hologram) that looks really cool: it looks like a big and thick CD that has holes on its side. But the coolest thing is, it even has its own operating system and remote, which both looks very cool too.

That’s about all I have. I really enjoyed my summer, and I hope you did too. (What an awkward ending)

My February Break

No! I did not go on a vacation, and NO! I was not being a lazy couch potato. I was just… um… Doing stuff I should be doing like writing THIS blog, watching YouTube videos, and eating junk food. Sometimes my mom and/or dad takes me to work with them. But one… well actually two interesting things I did during the brake was going to the Apex Trampoline Park and to perform with my “band”(even though there was only 6 people, and four of them plays piano)in Saskatoon Centre for Ecumenism played the Sound of Music theme song “Do Re Mi”. Both of them were pretty fun. Now, you might think: “Hey, I bet Kevin thinks that the trampoline park was very fun and the performance was BORING!” Well, it’s the complete opposite! When I went to Apex, there were only a few big kids there so it was super boring, and what made it even MORE boring it the most exciting part is not even open! Like the part where you jump from a “tower” (I don’t know what else to call it) then land on an enormous inflatable mat.

“Kids, don’t go to Apex until April. Otherwise you are wasting money.” — Kevin Liu

Yeah, that’s all I have for ya today, have a nice day, bye bye.

Do you love your pet? If not, go back to your poor pet’s cage and… I don’t know, do your abusive daily pet “routine”, I guess. But if you DO love your pet, you’ll probably be thinking about something like a clay sculpture or a sketch of him or her, and if you are, this is the right place for you.

All you have to do is send us a picture of your pet and tell us what type of art you want, then you’ll have your pets very own sketch/clay model for momentum purposes.
